​     It is the best pokemon for lowering target's special attack stat. Among pokemons have move that can lower the target's special attack, Ampharos has best defense stat. The goal of Ampharos is to lower opponent stat as much as possible.

Flash: lowers the target's Accuracy by one stage

Cotton Spore: lowers the target's Speed stat by two stage.
