It is the best pokemon for lowering target's physical attack stat. Among pokemons have move that can lower the target's attack with ability intimidate, Stoutland has best defense stat. When entering a battle, it lowers the Attack stat of opponent by one stage immediately. The goal of stoutland is to lower opponent stat as much as possible.
Charm: lowers the target's Attack stat by two stage.
Mud-Slap: lowers the target's Accuracy by one stage
