EV Training
Macho Brace is essential for EV training. It doubles any effort values that are obtained by the Pokemon holding it during a battle. However, the Speed stat of the Pokemon holding this item is halved during battle. For low level pokemon, i recommand my video of fast leveling up to you before EV training. Here is the link.

How to obtain Macho Brace
1. You can trade a Drowzee for Machop which has a held item, macho brace from NPC
@Goldenrod City Southward of Pokemon Center (Johto)
2. From Dig Spots(Very Rare) @Route 3 - Kanto

The data of EV training spots are from Reborn bot. Reborn bot is a powerful tools on OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD. You can use command [^evspot + region] to get information of EV traning spots. Here is link of my video about Reborn bot. Click ME.

EV training routes
There are four routes which are desinged for EV training in each region. The EV training routes are time limit. You have to check poke time, area, type of EV before training. Below is the table of EV training routes. For example, if you want to train your pokemon's SpAtk EV in Kanto region, you should go to Route 24 at Night on land. Within this period, all pokemons only have SpAtk effort value.
